I loved my stay at Kinde House. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well‑located. From the moment we arrived, Luis, the person in charge, was very attentive, helpful, and always available to assist us with everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the stairs to access the room I stayed in.

Exceptional welcome from Eduardo, who waited for us through the night and did everything to make our stay pleasant. The charm of this well‑maintained family establishment. The spacious, nicely decorated upper double room. The delicious breakfast featuring fresh products. The panoramic city view from the terrace. Even though it’s located in the old part of Quito, Kinde House is a bit far from the historic centre (about 20 min on foot to San Francisco square). But it also offers better security at night.

Very clean and comfortable. The location is a little out of the centre.

The host! So friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the location was central. Honestly I can’t think of anywhere better. The shower water was barely warm; it would be nice if it were warmer. Useable, of course, but less than comfortable.
