The staff were friendly, the swimming pool was clean, and the restaurant and lobby were cozy.

The swimming pool was a good place to chill, and the breakfast was good. The room was noisy, with the central AC making a broom‑like sound.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable, and Intan at the bar was wonderful! However, the rest of the staff seemed disinterested and very slow with service, the food was not good, and the atmosphere was non-existent, so I wouldn't stay again.
