The facilities are good and everything is clean, but the lift was unusable for two days.

The owner is kind and helpful. Even though the property is a bit off‑center, the metro serves it well. The rooms are new and quite functional, making it a solid compromise for business travelers, conferences, etc., and also for tourists. The price is high in my opinion, but I understand that this is a problem across Roman hospitality.

The accommodation is modern and located in a quiet neighborhood. Directly below the lodging is a shop and a restaurant, and only a five‑minute walk leads to a beautiful basilica and to the metro and train stops that take you everywhere.
