The staff were super welcoming and friendly, even helped us find a night‑time ride to the 7 Elven because we wanted chocolate; the rooms were amazing, the facilities great, the location close to the park, restaurant, etc.; breakfast was excellent. Nothing to complain about.
“Amazing view, highly recommend to anyone who wants a break from the hustle bustle of city life!”
The staff were super friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and well equipped with drinks and high‑quality soaps, and the view was phenomenal with an unblocked sunrise from the room. Traveling to other attractions was a bit inconvenient for non‑drivers because the buses were quite irregular.
“Dormir au milieu des plantations de thé”
It was incredible to sleep amid the tea plantations, super easy to access right across from the Wangfeng bus stop. The hotel décor is really beautiful and walking out is simple. The breakfast is Chinese‑style. A plus is the free laundry machines. Just a small tip: if you have mobility issues, let them know because it’s hard to climb into the bathtub.
“Idéal pour visiter Alishan”
The room size, breakfast, reception, and access to the owners’ tea fields were all great. The lack of a microwave made it hard to find food at night without a vehicle, especially since it gets dark quickly.
“Peaceful and thoughtful stay”
It was an amazing stay! The staff were thoughtful and kind, showed me the lookout platform to watch the sunset, and booked a taxi to Fenqihu. The room was clean, quiet, beautiful soaps, and very comfortable. I appreciated the two free bottles of water and the complimentary Alishan tea bags. I booked this as my one night of luxury on a backpacking trip and it didn’t disappoint—thank you!
