The location was convenient, but the price was high.

Every time we head to Miami Beach we stay here; they give us coupons, there’s a kitchenette, and we have access to the community center for the beach and the kids, but there was no fruit or juices at breakfast.

The breakfast was acceptable, but the staff didn’t seem eager to help; the hotel wanted an extra deposit for a guarantee during the stay and tried to inform us by cutting off our room access; when I complained to reception, the reply was, “I’m only interested in getting the money… nothing else.”
