The property is good, clean, and well-made, a 4‑star hotel within touching distance of the beach, with a nice pool and spa and very polite staff, yet there is no anti‑skid mat or hold bar in the shower area, which could cause a serious slip; an anti‑skid mat is essential.

A slice of paradise right on Colva beach, with a gorgeous property, friendly staff, and plenty of activities—or none, if that’s your style. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it! The only downside was that the restaurants were pretty pricey.

The beach was within walking distance and very well-maintained. The sunset views were mesmerising. Also, the food at the Beleza restaurant was superb. Ordered a Goan Fish Curry; it had an overpowering coconut taste. Could be improved

Everything was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that the food choices were limited to what the restaurant offered and they were quite expensive—we spent 11k on meals over three nights, and the portions felt a bit small.

The rooms, staff, and food were all outstanding. The gym, however, wasn’t fully operational, which was a let‑down.
