The room was fine and breakfast was good, but the location was very bad and the surrounding area is poor. The hotel name is confusing—I intended to book a Radisson room but accidentally booked a Radiance one, and using other apps for online booking is expensive.

The service reached the highest level; the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating, especially attentive to children. The restaurant offered a great variety of food for every taste, and breakfast was amazing. Our room was spacious, and we chose the Suite room of Hotel Radiance Bareilly. Impeccable service made us want to stay again. Staff were attentive 24/7 and very professional. Clean rooms, great service, attentive staff—5/5!

This hotel met every expectation. The rooms were lovely with great bathrooms, nice amenities, and attentive service. We ate at the restaurant twice and enjoyed the food. We’ll return to Hotel Radiance again next time we’re in Bareilly. The location is just adjacent to Bareilly railway station, about 50 meters away, so you can walk easily from the station; transportation is no problem, with autos and AC buses available outside Hotel Radiance Bareilly.

A decent, refreshing stay with cheerful staff, despite the noisy surroundings outside. Everything else was nice 👏 👍, but the uncontrolled traffic outside was noisy.
