What a nightmare. A tent costing €572,- was cancelled by the accommodation, but I still haven’t received that amount back. I’ve been dealing with Booking for weeks over this financial issue. I’ve had several contacts, but still no concrete solution or refund. €572,- isn’t a small sum and I expect it to be handled properly and quickly.

“heerlijk ontspannen !!!”

The location is right in the center and the tent was really great, fully equipped with all comforts. The information on the paper about the Wi‑Fi code wasn’t updated, so I couldn’t get it, and when I left after the holiday, nobody was seen. Otherwise everything was fine.

“Kurzurlaub für 3 Nächte mehr als zufrieden.”

The location was great, right in the center of Renesse. You can only enter this place if you’re a tenant of a lodge because of a fence with a key. Parking is directly in front of the door and free (Transferrium). Shops are right outside the door. Even though you get contactless access (key safe) at the fence, the contact over WhatsApp worked well. One service. We’ll come back. The fly screen on every window is top. Heating blankets for cold days are great. The pallet stove is also top. Unfortunately you can’t close the windows from the outside because they’re too high. A small ladder is missing (step ladder). I’d replace the outdoor décor with solar string lights because the real wax candles were unfortunately damaged. Small bedside tables would be great in the bedroom or a small shelf.

The peace in the small enclosed forest and in the center! The church tower keeps ringing all night, but earplugs are ready for you!
