The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Haram; the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide range of fresh, delicious options. I’d highly recommend it. The elevators can get crowded during prayer times, but that’s to be expected given the spot. Everything else went smoothly and met my expectations.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel showed a lack of respect towards guests and caused constant annoyance all day.
