The Superior Triple Room is air‑conditioned and features a private bathroom. A flat‑screen TV with cable channels is provided for entertainment. One large double bed accommodates two guests.

The staff behaviour and guest policy were unacceptable.
“Not satisfied”
Not suitable for families; the staff were unhelpful and maintenance was needed in the room, though one staff member named Deepak Ji was good, but he was off duty for some reason, which made us suffer more.
“Horrible, will never recommend to anyone..Was disappointed”
The AC and TV were broken and I had to struggle to start them with staff help; there was no food or even tea service, and all the plates and linens I used were dumped on a table outside my room and smelled bad—overall a horrible experience.

It was a very bad experience: the hotel lacks proper sanitation and cleanliness, the staff are spotty, the old building was supposedly renovated but still has the same bad infrastructure, and I couldn’t sleep peacefully on the bed; nothing was good, it was filthy.
The staff are humble and polite, especially Deepak sir who is very helpful with everything you need, but the housekeeping is rude; there’s only one maid who can’t clean the toilet properly, speaks rudely to guests, and ignores the management’s instructions.
