The staff were very attentive and caring, taking the time to find the information I needed. Though the hostel feels a bit old‑fashioned, the rooms and environment are kept very clean; I stayed there nine years ago and compared to then, the equipment has been continuously updated and maintained. I stayed in the same room again, and pulling back the curtains revealed a first‑row sea view—truly healing.

“Gemütlicher Aufenthalt in freundlicher Atmosphäre”

I only spent one night there, so I can’t give a detailed verdict on the hostel. The staff were very friendly and I was warmly welcomed. The room felt cozy and it was exciting to sleep on a futon for the first time! The night was very comfortable and the straw scent in the room was pleasant. The room is very minimalist and the building is a bit older, but overall it was a nice stay. You shouldn’t expect extreme luxury, but it’s definitely a great experience. I didn’t order any meals there, so I can’t comment on that. The walls are very thin, so don’t be overly sensitive to noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms.
