The front desk was helpful, but you have to call a taxi yourself; there’s no free shuttle, and it’s odd that they start the meter right away.

I checked in at the requested time and the staff at the entrance were very friendly, leaving me with a good impression, but the large bath was cramped.

The room was spotless and the large public bath was a highlight, and a supermarket that stayed open late was close enough that we never ran into any trouble. Getting there from the station was a long haul, so I’d recommend taking a bus or a taxi.
