“È la terza volta che soggiorno ed è in continua decadenza”

The location just off the highway is great and the staff are helpful and kind, yet the building is poorly maintained: one lift is out of order and the working one moves slowly, taking about 10 minutes in the morning to reach ground level. Overall the property feels neglected, the team is understaffed – only two people handling reception and breakfast service – and the whole place seems to be in decline, so I don’t plan to return.

“Soggiorno a Nola”

Located inside a multifunctional complex, the hotel is very beautiful and elegant. At check‑in we were welcomed by a very kind, prepared, and helpful curly‑haired guy (and overall the staff is courteous). The rooms are spacious enough and equipped with everything needed. The only flaw is the lighting: especially in the bathroom I would have preferred a less dim light. Even though I turned on both the central light and the spotlights over the mirror, I had some trouble doing my makeup.
