“NO LIFT IN THIS HOTEL BUT THE OWNER IS VERY KIND”

I never actually stayed in the hotel because the room was on the second floor and I couldn’t climb the stairs due to knee problems, and there was no lift. I had to book another place, but the owner kindly promised not to charge me and would tell the booking agent to refund the payment. The reception closed at 7 pm and the keys were kept in a locker outside the building. After ringing the bell repeatedly, a resident showed up and helped me locate the owner, who turned out to be an incredibly kind lady. She assisted me in booking a nearby hotel. Also, the hotel’s entrance is behind a car dealership and is hard to spot.

Das Hotel wird von den Eigentümern geführt, liegt zentral und bietet sehr freundliche persönliche Betreuung. Das Frühstück war gut und ich fühlte mich dort sehr wohl.

La ubicación era buena, pero la habitación era demasiado pequeña, la recepción cerraba muy temprano, no había ascensor, el baño era incómodo y no se podía bañarse bien, el check‑out terminaba a las 10 am y, honestamente, no vale la pena.

“Great spot for the night”

The staff was amazing and the breakfast was great. Our room was really quiet and moving around was a breeze.
