The property is spotless and stocked with everything you could need—pans, plates, dishes, oil (their own production is excellent), dish detergent, Wi‑Fi, etc.—and the owners are friendly, present, but not intrusive. It’s completely surrounded by nature, ideal for escaping the bustle, but in 2026 the pool wasn’t available. The nearest supermarket is about 2.5 km away, so it’s not exactly outside the house, and there’s no TV.

“Semplicemente perfetto”

The host and the whole family were courteous and warm; the rooms, services, and linens were clean and hygienic. The location is ideal and central for visiting Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Orvieto, and the gem of Montecastello di Vibio. Kudos!

The house was clean and simple, the managers always on hand, and special thanks to Mrs. Silvia who pampered us throughout the holiday. I would have liked the streets to be fixed by the municipality.

The welcome was very pleasant and the setting is in the countryside. The hosts are lovely. Except for a possible mistake on the listing, the booking page mentioned a pool, but the morning before our arrival we received an email saying the pool was unusable. It would be good to update the listing to match reality.
