The location was good and the place was impeccably clean, but the lift was a nightmare.

I stayed close to everything, but the rooms were tiny—much smaller than the photos show, so the space felt cramped. The elevator service was poor; only two elevators served the whole hotel, and during my stay only one worked.

The location is central, breakfast is very modest but offers daily variety, and in the afternoon there’s a happy hour with wine or wonderful cookies. Daily shortages of items like bath towels, shower gel, or others occur, but the staff are very friendly, resolve situations quickly, and deliver to the room.

“Good position staff very good breakfast good”

The position was good for shopping and the like, but the bed was made and yet all the dirty dishes were left in the bedroom, and there was no shower gel in our room.

The staff were amazing, but one of the elevators was broken for the entire duration of my visit.
