Everything was great, except for the lack of an ice machine, so we had to ask the front desk for ice each time, and we used a lot of it. Also, there was no freezer in our room fridge for ice cream.

Clean room, close to Disneyland, but the front desk lady was rude.

When we arrived at the hotel we were shocked; the photos look much better than reality. We even had to change rooms, and they gave us another one that was a bit better, but still average. The only advantage is the location, which is very close to Disney and Downtown Disney, and the sheets and towels are clean.

The staff were really nice and helpful throughout, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I would have liked a shuttle to the parks, but taxis were cheap to Disney since it’s close.
