The location worked well for our family event, but the place needed repairs everywhere: the room I booked a month in advance was unavailable because the toilet had broken a week earlier and hadn’t been fixed, so we couldn’t use it; the shower in the replacement room was unusable, yet the young lady at check‑in recognized the seriousness and let me shower twice in the handicap shower of the room I couldn’t use; I truly appreciated that. We also couldn’t use the hot tub because it was broken, the breakfast room had no waffle batter at breakfast, and the lobby restrooms were locked and dirty when I finally got access. The place needs a thorough cleaning and a hand‑yman to fix everything; unless it’s better maintained, I can’t see myself returning.

“Great price!”

It was quiet and the price was great. The bed made some noise, but that wouldn't stop me from staying again.
