The location was good, but the room was dirty, had cockroaches, hair in the bathroom, and hair left on the bed.

“Not clean and not safe”

There was nothing positive to mention. The used linen was dirty, stained, and smelled like cigarette; the room was dirty and smelled like cigarette even though it was a non‑smoking room. People hanging outside my car came in and out and scratched it. I couldn’t sleep at all and stayed up all night because the cigarette smell was terrible.
