The hotel's location is decent, but the service was a major letdown. We had to lug our bags up to the room ourselves because no one was around to help. The room itself was cramped, and the air conditioning wasn't working, which made it pretty uncomfortable. To top it off, the bathroom wasn't exactly spotless. In the morning, we tried to pay at the office, but no one was there, so we ended up paying a servant at the gate instead.
“Disappointed – Poor Communication”
I'm still fuming about my experience with this hotel. I was called 30 minutes from arrival to be told they had no rooms available, which was completely unacceptable. The communication was abysmal and I had to scramble to find another place to stay at the last minute. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend booking this property to anyone.
