The shower was great and the view was beautiful. The listing claims the lodge is inside the park, but that’s false; it’s actually in the reserve and you have to drive to the gate about 3 km away to reach the park, so that should be clarified. The upkeep of the lodge is disappointing for the price. My room had mold on the walls, fridge, and pillow, and there were leaks during a rainy weekend. I asked to change rooms, but the staff said none were available. I do not recommend it.

The spot and vibe were great, but the front desk and how they handled things left something to be desired.

The accommodation was cozy, just what I was looking for, and the owner was exceptional—polite, kind, and very friendly. It was totally worth it! The only issue was the water temperature; I couldn’t enjoy the amazing bathtub because the water wouldn’t heat up.

The view from the hotel is gorgeous, yet I thought the breakfast could have matched the room rate better.
