The owners were very accommodating and lovely, and the studio was perfect for my partner and me, making our stay in La Spezia enjoyable; there was just a faint odor coming from the bathroom, but otherwise everything was fine.

I would definitely give the owner 10/10; they took such good care of me, even preparing snacks and coffee before I arrived, and they are one of the nicest people I’ve met, so I would 100% recommend them.

The best location, only a 5‑minute walk from the train station and less than 3 minutes from the city centre, and the staff were very helpful; the toilet was a bit uncomfortable, had a minor recharge issue, and there was humidity coming from it, so if you have wet clothes you have nowhere to dry them.

Yes! Very clean and presentable; the woman who opened the door and handed us the keys was very attentive and friendly; the bed is almost against the wall, making it hard to move to the other side, so they should consider a different layout or a smaller bed; the bathroom is extremely small, but everything else is spotless; they charge a €5 fee upon arrival, which I wasn’t told about.
