The accommodation was very comfortable; the rooms are beautiful, clean, and cozy. The door to our room had trouble opening and closing, but they were very helpful and fixed it quickly.

We really liked the location, the common areas, and the natural surroundings that made the place feel welcoming. The first night, however, was ruined by guests who had come back from a wedding, stayed in the pool area, and talked loudly late into the night, disturbing our sleep while we were staying with a 3‑year‑old child. We tried to reach the front desk via WhatsApp, the only channel available, but our message never got read. The next day we asked about it and were told simply that “this happens” and that the guests would leave soon. We felt there was a lack of attention and no attempt to resolve or lessen the issue. At check‑in the staff were friendly, but after that incident the treatment changed and we sensed discomfort from the team. We understand that other guests’ behavior isn’t always under the hotel’s control, but we expected more support and care in handling the situation.

The private heated pool in the suite, breakfast, location, and the courteous staff were all excellent.

Quarto aconchegante, limpo, organizado. Amenities excelentes, com reposição diária. Cama boa, alta, quantidade confortável de travesseiros, ar condicionado potente. Café da manhã muito bem organizado, com opções a la carte - excelente variedade. A pousada fornece por cortesia café da tarde (ótimo quando está retornando da praia ou passeio, pode se hidratar e comer um bolinho fresco). Oferecem toalhas para piscina e praia como cortesia. Equipe extremamente educada. O paisagismo da pousada, piscina e ofurô um espetáculo à parte. Extremamente bem cuidado. Localização excelente próximo ao quadrado, praia dos nativos e praia dos coqueiros, sendo seguro e possível de fazer tudo a pé. Amamos a estadia e esperamos retornar em breve!. Não tenho nada - e olha que sou chata pra acomodações kkkk parabéns à equipe
