“Was a good choice!”

The small‑town atmosphere was quaint and met our need for a one‑night stay on our motorcycle trip through the Alps, but the entrance on the narrow street was funky; we had to go through four doors and carry luggage and gear upstairs.

“Nicht empfehlenswert”

The heaters gurgled loudly and were cold until maybe lukewarm; at the low outside temperatures we froze in the room. Toilet paper and towels were not replenished. During four nights we were only cleaned once, and that only after we asked. The bed was ancient and hard.

“Würde das Hotel wieder besuchen und weiter enpfehlen”

The quiet location was an advantage, and the reception staff were good, clean and friendly. There was a place to lock bicycles in a room. For the price‑performance comparison, the Better rooms stacked on top of each other were expensive.

The buffet was plentiful and varied, and the hotel’s location is ideal for trips with public transport. The menu layout was complicated and the half‑board selection was rather small, but the food was tasty and well cooked.
