They marketed it as a Sonesta Suites, yet it turned out to be a Sonesta Essentials, which I expected to match Sonesta standards as a travel past member, but it fell short—everything looked run down and dirty, far from Sonesta quality. The towels were awful, the overall shape of the hotel and rooms was unattractive, and it’s a shame considering it was once a Drury Inn & Suites.

We appreciated the front desk lady’s politeness and genuine customer service. Watching TV was easy; the channel directory worked well. The indoor‑outdoor pool was soft and inviting, and breakfast was served and delicious. The soap dispenser didn’t work, and the soap smell was off, so we brought our own. The room offered good privacy, and overall we enjoyed our stay. A waterfall at the pool and outdoor tables and chairs would be nice additions.
