The price was cheap, but the place was untidy.

Nothing good! After arriving at the property a few hours after receiving the confirmation email, I couldn’t get in. I sent several emails saying I was outside and couldn’t enter, and tried calling, yet I was left alone in the dark for over 30 minutes before I had to book elsewhere. The room cost was deducted from my account. It’s been four days and I still haven’t received any reply or a refund.

It’s in a quiet residential area, but they give a vague address that makes it impossible to find. The host didn’t show up at check‑in. I woke at 4 am to catch the ferry from Tallinn, so I was exhausted. I asked for early check‑in at 12 pm, but got no reply. When I arrived at the address at the scheduled 3 pm, I couldn’t locate the house. No one answered the phone, WhatsApp, or booking messages. Around 5 pm they called, but I threatened a refund. I had already booked another hotel, so I lost 50 € for nothing. I consider them scammers.

My room had a window and was spacious compared to others. The double bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. It was surrounded by green nature (mosquitoes, spiders and other animals are natural parts of the environment). You can come and leave whenever you like. I received all the information via message. It’s entirely random whether we happen to meet the hosts. The accommodation isn’t close (B zone), not in the city centre, but the downtown is reachable in about 40‑60 minutes by bus. The shared areas—bathroom, toilet, kitchen—were in a sub‑par state. They were dirty; one toilet didn’t work at night, making it a bit of an adventure. The shower cabin and bathroom were very dirty, and there was a bucket under the tap because the water flowed there. The kitchen was clogged, so washing dishes was messy and made the sink even dirtier, and the pot and other items occupied the already minimal space where you’d normally put your stuff when bathing. I had to be careful not to drop things like my toothbrush, because after the floor was wet I probably wouldn’t use it again. The kitchen was a chaos, and because of the clog I didn’t even try to use it. It seemed the owners lived there, so it wasn’t clear what was theirs and what might be shared.
