“I will definitely try to avoid staying at this hotel in the future.”
The room was clean, but I was disappointed that we constantly had to look for someone who was supposed to be at the front desk, and there wasn’t even a bell to ring for assistance. What really shocked us was that, despite the extremely high room rate, breakfast was not included and was very expensive! I assumed that at such a price, breakfast would naturally be included, so I didn’t even think to check. And to make matters worse, the breakfast selection was very limited. We’ve stayed at hotels that cost three times less, where the rooms were only slightly smaller, but they offered a generous complimentary breakfast. What really pushed me over the edge was the bottled water. There were bottles of water displayed near the entrance, but apparently, guests are only allowed one complimentary bottle at check‑in. If you want another one, you have to pay $3 per bottle! That’s especially ridiculous considering that an entire large case of bottled water costs about $3 at the store. When a hotel charges such high rates, this kind of penny‑pinching feels incredibly cheap and unpleasant. It really left a bad impression on us.
