The room and facilities were bad; we left after one night and asked for a refund for that night. It was the worst experience I've had at any guest house, with a cramped room that had an oversized bed and a hand‑basin. It clearly used to be a maid’s room before being turned into a “guest quarter,” offering nothing. We had to bring our own power plugs to charge our phones. Never again.

The staff were exceptional and the location was ideal, close to the mall; the place is beautiful and tranquil, and breakfast was amazing. The only problem was the shower door, which made it a tight squeeze to get in and out. The internet was a bit challenging but not a big deal.

The location in Robertson is great, the rooms are private and comfortable, and the staff are lovely. Nothing to complain about.
