“Pathetic - train or fire the staff”

There is nothing to like other than the parking space, a good property but spoiled with rowdy staff. AC was not working properly - it was not maintained so no cooling at all, nobody at the reception to attend anything, water is toilet was dead-dead slow, not bath, and staff does not care anything as such, checkin staff and check out staff together was in a plan to loot some extra money from customer, I feel this is their usual habit, management need to care this, take necessary action - if you are not aware this
