The staff are incredibly efficient and friendly, remembering you throughout your stay and tailoring the experience—kudos to Blue for her great service. We especially enjoyed the villa’s comfort and the facilities, and having bikes is a nice touch. The diner at the main restaurant could use better quality and variety, and the main room is too noisy.

The location was spot on, the place itself was very neat and clean, and the staff were supportive and proactive. Nothing else to note.

The hotel was beautiful with a stunning location, and the staff, especially buggy driver Pablo, were very friendly; the breakfast buffet was great. However, the restaurant selection was very limited, especially at dinner, and the portions were extremely small.
