“Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.”

The ambience was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and well equipped, and breakfast was diverse and tasty, making it a highlight to start the day.

When the air‑conditioning failed, they acted fast and gave me a new room; breakfast was excellent, the staff were amazing, the bathroom was large, and the under‑floor heating was a real treat. The location was great once you understood where you were, everything was reachable, and it was nice that the lady at the breakfast reception remembered my name and room number – it felt like home. Unfortunately the fridge/minibar was only decorative; it had a light but didn’t work. It’s a pity because the room already had smart TVs; it would have been great if those could be used for apps like Netflix.

“Auch nach dem Betreiberwechsel unser Hotel Nr. 1 in München.”

The room was handicap‑friendly, so it was laid out very spaciously, especially the bathroom. The bar staff were attentive and hospitable, but the lighting was a bit over‑reactive (hallway lights turned off automatically, bathroom stayed dark). Only some TV channels were available (no Sky as promised), and content couldn’t be streamed to the TV screen.
