Avista is wonderful; the heated pool is a treat, and breakfast wins over any guest. The ceiling in the room needs some adjustment.

Breakfast is sensational. The bed could be a bit better, but it’s not bad.

Location is great. The pool is cold, and breakfast comes in pre‑packed baskets, so we can’t choose what to eat or how much.

I liked mainly the location and the excellent breakfast. Everything was perfect, except that my friend and I were doing the Caminho de Cora Coralina trail and requested a double room with two beds, but at check‑in we were given a room with only one double bed. Because it was a holiday and the hotel was full, no other room was available, so we improvised with a mattress in the room. Aside from that small detail, everything was calm.
