Hyatt House Herndon/Reston

“We were a group of 7 and everyone waspleased. The rooms were comfortable, beds were soft, pool was c”

In particular the staff was very friendly and helpful with all the many requests I made. They were accomodating with the 3 children we had in our group. Breakfast was so so. Would have liked bacon Sunday morning

“Disappointed”

I had a bad experience. My lights didn’t work, the toilet water was low, the doors were broken, the room was dusty and not cleaned. I spoke with the night guy and was told to get another room in the morning, but the manager said I couldn’t and they tried fixing the doors only to make it worse later. I was overcharged for the two nights and when I asked for a refund I was disappointed.

“It was good”

The spot is great and breakfast’s included, but the bathrooms need a facelift, especially the tired fixtures.

Close enough to the airport and they had a room when our flight got cancelled, but the place feels shabby, the price is high, and the staff were baffled about the shuttle—did it go to the airport? Nobody knows.
