The room was very comfortable. The design is beautiful without being pretentious.

The location was spot on, but the walls were so thin that every conversation from the hallway and the room opposite (102) leaked in, especially during the jackhammer work that started at 8 a.m. for three days straight. The window isn’t double‑glazed, so the noise was brutal. The staff claimed they didn’t know about the renovation, which felt hard to believe given the ongoing work. For the price we paid, we expected a far more peaceful experience. Money, money, money.
