“Buen lugar”

A good spot if you’re just passing through Valparaíso, a calm and cozy place. The best part is the view of the Pacific. I would just add an extra blanket to the room because it got a bit chilly at night.

“No era lo que esperábamos.”

The terrace view was nice. But we weren’t given all the instructions upon arrival, the terrace door didn’t close properly, the sheets didn’t match the mattress size, there were worn springs in the middle of the mattress, the bed headboard was dusty, towels were never changed, and a bulb was missing from the room lighting. Also, the sewer grate in front of the room needs fixing because passing cars create annoying noise.

“Luna de miel eterna en valpo”

Meraki is great because of the room; we stayed in the one with sea‑view windows and a private bath, perfect for couples, and we’d love to return for a few more nights. Franco and the staff are very friendly. Another highlight is the cafeteria, which also offers a wonderful view, and the mini‑market has saved us several times. The only small issues are the hair dryer didn’t work and the bathroom curtain definitely needs replacing, but everything else is perfect.

“Hôtel au cœur d’une Ville Extraordinaire”

The hotel is close to everything: restaurants, bars, and those little colorful streets that make you wander to see everything. The bus stops right in front to get to the lower city and the port. The windows don’t close very well, so it’s hard to shut your eyes when the wind blows.

The view was nice. The bathroom was in poor condition and the shower was cold.
