Hotel Pan Nuestro in Tepoztlán offers a terrible experience because of the owner’s arrogant, classist attitude, humiliating guests and flaunting local political influence to impose arbitrary rules.

“Cálido y delicioso”

The place was super cozy, with beautiful rustic facilities. I would have liked it closer to the city center, but overall it’s stunning.

They have a restaurant downstairs, but it's pricey. The room felt too small for what it cost, there was some noise, and several items looked old or worn.

We liked the view from our room and the staff. We also appreciated the late check‑in because we were coming from a wedding; the place was clean and safe. The breakfast and bread weren’t to our taste.
