“I canceled my stay and found a very clean and healthy environment at the Holiday Inn.”

The bathroom in my room was great, but everything else was terrible. The front desk receptionist was rude, especially to my kids. The room smelled like cigarettes, mold, and mildew. The compact refrigerator had a bad odor. The couch in the sitting area was stained everywhere, and the pull‑out bed looked like someone had repeatedly urinated on the mattress. A lamp on the table had hearts drawn on it with paper. As I walked from the sitting area to the bedroom, the floor was sticky, and there were holes in the walls and doors. When I finally entered the room, the carpet was filthy, and some liquid had been thrown on the walls. Trash was scattered around the baseboards. The bed failed the strip‑down test; the sheet had wet blood stains, hair, and other marks, and the pillowcase was similarly dirty. The window curtains were filthy and dirty.

“Very convenient place to stay”

Free parking and breakfast were nice, but the food trays in the hall were piled up, not removed, and spilling. The person who checked us in acted like a robot, seemed to have a bad day, gave no welcome, and didn't look anyone up as she processed guests. She was very slow, the line was long, and she had no smile for the entire half‑hour I was waiting.

“Staff was nice and clean room was clean”

The hotel was close to a store, but the pool needed cleaning and the elevator was really close to the wall.

“Could've done better”

The location was good, but the shopping and food nearby were only decent.

“Horrible”

Nothing good to say. The staff were rude, breakfast was dried mystery meat with a watery waffle mix, the room had a funny smell, and a dirty Q‑tip was sitting on the backboard. Nasty and disgusting!
