Everything was very clean, smelled great, and the location was perfect. Everything was excellent and very good.

The staff were caring and attentive, always ready to answer questions and give directions. Even though the hotel sits on a main street, my room was quiet and comfortable with AC. I don’t speak Spanish, but we managed to understand each other, and I appreciated their effort. Breakfast was tasty, hot, and fresh. I only stayed one night, so I’m not sure what other facilities they have.

The service was terrible. They sold me a package that supposedly included breakfast, but when I arrived they said it didn’t. I showed them the document I bought with breakfast, yet they gave me rice with beans and oatmeal.

The room was fine. The service was bad: hot water didn’t work, and the staff were rude and disrespectful.
