The peace, tranquility, and surrounding nature are the positives. The downside was having to keep bothering the facility manager to open the gate every time I needed to exit or enter.

The breakfast is great and the location is quiet. Mrs. Claudia is kind and welcoming. The personal bathroom outside the room is a negative.
