Rooms had new renovations. The staff were not helpful; they promised a transfer from the port, but none was provided.

We had a really roomy room with fruit, cookies, and a sweet handwritten note - nice touch. The bathroom was huge and had a separate toilet, and the breakfast buffet was amazing (though only for paying guests). On the downside, the free airport transfer was a bit of a hassle, mainly because the staff didn't speak great English and the bus driver was pretty rude, telling us to "shut up" when it was time to get off.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, making our stay super smooth, especially considering I was travelling solo with my kids. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with fresh, high-quality food. We were only here to break up our journey to Bali, but I didn't want to leave - and it's convenient too, with a 24/7 7/11 and McDonald's just downstairs. Everything was just perfect.
