The resort looks decent but not particularly eye‑catching; breakfast was good with staff Shibena, Sangeetga, Nalin, and Hajira providing solid service, and Mr. Stephan, the duty manager, was very helpful. The chef, however, didn’t cook well for the alagard order, and the food tasted like waste. Aside from that, a bit more cleaning would be nice.

It looked like a construction site; everything was run down and untidy.

The location is nice, rooms are spacious, staff are courteous, and the outdoor area is large. However, the room furnishings and cleanliness were lacking, and the restaurant prices are far too high for the average quality of food.
