The best thing is the location, close to the city and the breakfast is tasty. The guy who runs it is helpful and assists with whatever you need. The neighborhood and area don’t have many nearby shops except for one restaurant, and the cleanliness could perhaps be improved a bit.

The room was clean, well kept, and the bathroom had everything needed; the host was very friendly throughout.

The room and bathroom were clean. The air‑conditioning was noisy, but it was unavoidable given the large construction across the street and the resulting noise, even on Saturday morning. It was hard to enjoy the nice little balcony under those conditions. The space behind the house was tiny, cramped, and didn't match what was advertised. For breakfast, insist on what the listing promises, otherwise it will differ.
