We spent a wonderful week at this place. What sticks out most is the kindness and availability of the staff, especially Claudia. From the moment we arrived she greeted us with a smile and was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. No matter the question or need, she was always there to help and give information. A huge thank you to her—she really makes the stay enjoyable! We also loved the pool and the air‑conditioning in the room. The room was very clean, well maintained, and had a small fridge and microwave, which is very convenient if you want to eat there. Other big positives: the on‑site parking and the supermarket right across from the property, which is very handy day‑to‑day. Overall, we had an excellent week and keep a very good memory of our stay. The only small negative would be the exterior of the building, which we imagined a bit more modern. Some parts could use a refresh and give a slightly dated impression, but it didn’t really affect the quality of our stay. One more note: a swim cap is required to use the pool, so it’s better to bring one.
