“Idéalement situé !”

The location is fantastic: just a three‑minute walk to the car park, and a free city bus shuttle takes you from the parking to the funicular/Port Massena in another three minutes—perfect for exploring the town. Plus, the sea view from the apartment’s terrace is ideal for breakfast, which comes with a very complete sweet/salty spread.

“Great location, but smelt of smoke and breakfast was not worth it”

The place is close to the centre, with bars and restaurants nearby, but the apartment still smelled of cigarettes when we got there, and there was an ashtray full of ash in the lounge even though it’s a non‑smoking unit. Breakfast was disappointing and confusing, and overall it felt odd; I’d have preferred no breakfast at all so guests could arrange their own. The upstairs unit was noisy, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bedding was synthetic and a bit unpleasant.

The little place was cozy, clean, and well‑located with a nice balcony, but the kitchen is unusable—you can’t even heat a pot of milk. The corridor is very loud, and you’re woken up at the same time as the other guests.

Owner was very helpfull,gave us a lot information. Every morning fresh breakfest in room. Location very good near centre. Recomend. Furniture a bit outdated,but, overall ok
