“Pleasant”

The breakfast was excellent, but the hotel entrance and reception design felt cheap, with dark lighting and poor materials. The other areas, like the restaurant and the connections between buildings, had character and were nice. The hotel, opened in 2023, should have had newer furnishings in the rooms, yet they look a bit worn, and the walls have some damage, giving a tired feel. I chose this hotel mainly because it was newly renovated and had good breakfast, so while the breakfast is great, the rooms feel a bit older.

The location is superb, the transport links are excellent, and the room’s furnishings are great with very comfortable beds. Being on the side of the street cut down the street noise significantly. The breakfast room is gorgeous and offers everything one could wish for. I would have liked a quick tidy‑up and a re‑arranged bed before we settled in.

We loved how spacious our room was, and we were very impressed with how beautiful the hotel is. The spa and fitness centre were excellent and we loved the atrium and bar area

During a three‑day stay, there was no room service, no cleaning, no made beds, no fresh towels, and the staff seemed to blame customers for a lack of personnel, addressing guests informally without permission.

“Amazing stay”

The room is big and super confortabile, it was super close to the tram to go everywhere. The check in hour, was at 3 pm
