Billabong Motel

The location is close to town, but the pool was great yet full of bugs.

“I won’t be back”

I stayed in a place that felt old, outdated, and not clean; the fridge already had milk that was opened, so it clearly hadn’t been changed since the last guests. The cold tap in the shower was broken, and the beds were horrendous. The hair shown in the photos doesn’t belong to us 😡

“Great stopover safe for dog”

The room was quiet and spacious, which was great for traveling with our dog, and the bed was comfy.

“Disappointing Customer Service and Communication”

I was disappointed with this accommodation. When I asked the seller if I could leave early, she was rude and told me to contact . I followed her instructions and reached out to , who then sent a cancellation request to the property. However, when I called the property, Billabong refused to respond to the cancellation request. The communication and customer service were very disappointing, especially since I was just trying to resolve the situation and follow the instructions I had been given.
