كيف يقيّم النزلاء الفندق، جانبًا بجانب.
There isn’t much good to say about this place. Breakfast was okay but limited, and that’s about it. There were no clothes hangers in the wardrobe, the night latch on the door looked broken for years, pillows were filthy once the pillowcases were removed, and there was no hot water. It’s overpriced for what it is.

I didn't find anything positive; the hotel turned out to be a bad experience in my life.

The location is convenient, but the bathroom smells bad.

The room is spacious for a VIP, yet I disliked several things: 1) the bathroom wasn't clean, 2) facilities were poorly maintained—hot water didn't flow, and when I called staff, the attendant behaved rudely, sat in the toilet while whistling, and said hot water would only run briefly, but it was barely warm to the touch; 3) the restaurant or dining area was a smoking zone, which was really annoying; 4) the blanket was too thin; 5) I booked a room with a bathtub via an app, but I only received a shower; 6) the Wi‑Fi was also spotty. I’m not going back.

It’s close to restaurants and department stores, and there were almost no negatives.
