The breakfast was good, but there were no signage boards, so we walked too far to find the restaurants. Half‑board didn’t exist because we had to fight for a piece of pizza. The water slide pool was very dirty and my grandson got conjunctivitis. I won’t stay here again and I don’t recommend it.

The reception was very attentive, I liked the place a lot, it was cozy and big! I toured everything, lol, and also enjoyed all the pools!

The staff were attentive and always ready to help. The pools were beautiful and good. The room was clean. Saturday dinner on pizza day was excellent. Breakfast was good. The staff at the afternoon playroom were very kind and attentive. I requested a room in the bird area with a view of the mountains when booking, but they put us facing a wall instead. Despite that, we liked the hotel this time. In 2024 we went and didn’t like it, but I saw many compliments on Booking this month and decided to go again, and we liked it a lot. My granddaughter was delighted with the animals and loved the pools, especially the playroom.

“Excelente, local super agradável e acolhedor.”

I could get to the hotel without trouble, the breakfast spread was diverse, the food quality was solid, and the staff at the kiosks were quick. The only downside was the absence of a self‑service restaurant; the à‑la‑carte dishes took too long to arrive and the service window was set at 12:30 instead of 12:00.

I didn’t like it mainly because of the reception when we entered the place. There was a lack of clarity on how to get into the room. Breakfast was disappointing. It doesn’t justify the price paid for the day.
