The service was horrible. The management denied me a room after a 4‑hour drive because I was paying with a Cash App card.

The hotel's location was a major plus, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the noise from the street was a real issue. I was a bit surprised that they didn't offer breakfast, but to be honest, it was a welcome break from the usual hotel buffet. The staff were super helpful, especially when I checked in late, and the room was small but spotless. Overall, it was a decent value for the price, but the lack of breakfast was a bit of a letdown.

“Pets”

The staff at this hotel were a mixed bag - the lady who checked me in was super friendly and made a great first impression, but unfortunately, the rest of my experience was marred by a gruff and dismissive guy who seemed to take pleasure in being rude. The hotel's pet policy was also a major letdown, which was a deal-breaker for me and my furry friend. Overall, I was really looking forward to staying here, but the poor service and pet restrictions mean I won't be back.

“Will use again but I will bring my own towels and blankets”

I was really impressed with the helpful and friendly staff at this hotel - they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The restaurant on site was a bonus, and the hot water was always plentiful, which is a must for me. On the downside, the carpet and bedspread had some pretty noticeable stains, and the towels and washcloths were a bit too old and scratchy - I found I needed to use a few just to get dry after a shower.
