“Great pool- supermarket across the road- staff accomodating.”

Kids loved the pool, the rooms were spacious, and the staff were friendly. The bed was uncomfortable, and the parking didn’t line up with the rooms.

“Great location, but in need of some renovation and updating”

The rooms were large and spacious with a nice terrace and seating area. The location in Palm Cove was very good, close to a small supermarket and cafés, only a few meters from the beach, sea, and promenade. The room’s furnishings were complete but rather plain and unappealing; some items could be refreshed or replaced, such as curtains, the bathroom drain, and kitchen utensils.

“Good accommodation but could be a little better, in the heart of paradise!!”

The location was great, the staff friendly, and check‑in was easy. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and might need replacing, and the pillows were also poor.

“Perfect location and value for money for families or holidaying groups of friends!”

The location was great, it was family/group friendly, and it offered good value for money. The pool was freezing and the rooms are starting to look dated.
